Maumelle Chapter #5359 and Roger Frangieh of Rafimi Photography presented the photo composites of the Police and Fire department personnel to Police Chief Sam Williams and Fire Chief George Glenn. These photos portray the staff members at the time of the opening of the new buildings in May of 2010.
